walking into the start of practice
Running wind sprints at the end of practice
Seems backwards right? ..maybe for a normal, average, everyday 11 yr old team. However its just another day at the office for Tomahawks Team 4
As a matter of fact we have not 1 not 2 but 3
games this weekend!
Alex was a real soldier and struggled through all the drills.
Even though he cant see it ...Its building character. ..day by day, sprint by sprint
drill by drill!
Its simply the price we pay
We can rest in November
