RV in Tennesee..........WOW!!!......holla

Another Team 4 parent steps up....it never ends people...it simply never ends

Hello Team 4:

The 5-week countdown to Rocky Top is underway and we're looking for ways to make the weekend go smoothly for the players and families. With your help, Team 4 going to Rocket to the Top in Knoxville. wooo hooo.
As a first-year Team 4 parent, I've heard a lot about how expensive it is to feed a family in Knoxville. Fortunately, the hotel is serving Continental breakfast. To help defray the costs, Tina, Monica and I came up with the idea to feed everyone, including extended family and guests on Saturday & Sunday.
Pizza night is still on at the hotel, but lunches, beverages, snacks (and some breakfast foods) will be served on-site at the playing field(s). We have secured a monster grill to keep everyone fed. A couple of parents thought it would be nice to provide a "Home Base" for the boys, so we are also renting a 29-ft. RV trailer (thanks to Cliff for delivering).
The RV is for the players to rest and relax in-between games. It will not accommodate much more than the players! Also, if someone would like to sleep in the RV on Friday and Saturday, they can do so on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We are expecting approx. 100 Team 4 fans!
With that said, we'll supply the entries (possibly BBQ chicken, hamburgers, turkey burgers, sausage, hotdogs, lunch meats). A voluntary donation of $30 per family will help us cover the entries…which is a great deal to feed a family of 4-6, or more for two days. Please understand this fee is not mandatory, any contribution will be appreciated.
Since we are taking care of the aforementioned, it would be great if our families could contribute items needed for the weekend:
Hot and Cold Side Dishes
(The grill can warm items up as long as they are in foil containers)
Dessert
Snacks: energy bars, peanut butter, etc.
Fruit
Beverages/Ice/Juice/Gatorade
Condiments: BBQ Sauce, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Pickles, Relish, Olives,
Cheese, Sugar, Salt, Pepper
Paper Products: 300 Plates, 500 Napkins, 75 Bowls, Flatware, Cups,
Table Linens, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Aluminum Foil, Saran Wrap,
Ziploc Bags
Servers: 12 Rectangular Aluminum Pans with Covers, Serving Utensils
(Dollar Store is great for these items)

All of the above items (except side dishes/desserts/beverages/ice) will need to be in our hands no later than Nov. 14.
Misc:
Folding Tables (at least four 8-ft. tables)
Popup Canopies (at least 6 in case of rain)
Heaters (propane is great, it may be cold)
Coffee Urn
TV??? (I've seen it done!)
Ice Chests (I have 100-gallon, could use another)
Wastecans/liners
Electrical Cords (if outlets are provided?)

We will also need parents to help setup and break down.
Please do not look at this as a final list.Your input and contributions will be gladly accepted

Team 4 ....truely.....Rocks
