Saturday Field Day

Today was a Day that all Tomahawk parents and grandparents did our part. We volunteered in shifts all day at our home field without the boys to do all jobs required in running a day full of football games. Tomahawks have about 20 teams all ages in our West Chester area and every Saturday there is a full day of games at our Home field. Some parents worked the press box, some worked the concession area, some worked the grills , some worked the spiritwear booth and some meaning ME worked on the field with the refs working the chains and down markers. I arrived at 10AM and left at 3:30 PM. I worked 2 full games and then the shift changed....It was pretty much fun the day went by fast.
The game appears a lot different when you are down on the field working instead of in those hot stands just sitting.
Well Sunday is our last league game against Sharonville.
It should be interesting ..Alex is hoping to get the chance to get in the game as a extra point kicker holder...I hope he does also...but that would mean we need to score a touchdown first...

Saturday Free No Alex No Peyton.."what do I do?" Spend the day watching other little league players at games that mean absolutely nothing to me...

Grandpa living in the fast lane....cya Sunday

GO TEAM 4.
