Alex takes the GOALIE position

WOW!!! The coached allowed Alex to play goalie over the weekend( He had never played that spot before) He allowed it primarily because Alex asked to play it and said he could do it, Plus we neeeded a Goalie because we had a double header on Sunday.

anyway Alex did AWESOME even though we lost 1 game out of 2. Alex blocked about 11 shots at the goal.

I was really proud of him and after the games the coach said he did a great job.I think we now have a new goalie

The only practice he had at goalie was 10 minutes prior to the first game. He and the coach were working on it right before the game started. I was really nervous until I saw him stop the first attempt..He has pretty quick hands and feet..and even more courage than I thought.

I try and get some pics loaded there's only 1 more game in May.

a star Goalie may just have been born.

HOLLA
