A new week started....
Alex is late to practice( had a dentist appointment) I was already there ...he comes running in..
coach pulls him aside and they do a few stretches and exercises....then he gets right in line for tackling...and hitting.
They split off into groups...and continue learning techniques...next they all come together and run plays....Alex is in the guard position this time..He does OK...not firing out fast enough consistently.
After plays the whole team runs around the entire football and soccer field...out of 26 players Alex finishes 7 from last...not too shabby.
We then hit UDF as always.
They have a scrimmage this Weds..should be interesting.
