Dear Team 4 Families!!!!
I just wanted to personally THANK everyone for a success last night with our spaghetti dinner. The banquet committee had a substantial amount that was needed for gifts this year. We have more than raised that amount needed. We also needed to be able to pay the DJ. Thanks to everyone, we can do that with no problem too! There are funds left over at this time and those will be first be used to buy gifts for the people who have helped make this team run smoothly the last few years. After those are purchased, we are looking to either deflect the cost each family would have "shelled out" for tourney fees, as well as our FAMOUS PIZZA PARTY in Knoxville. We all probably eat pizza every week, yet that was the best received, most exciting and appreciated pizza I think we have ever had. Fun was had by all that night at the pizza/pool party. We hope to relive that this year. If there are funds left over after the items mentioned above, we will put towards the "indoor rental facilities" that will be needed this year for tourney preparation, as well as playoffs and the Championship. We will keep everyone in the loop as to the total funds made this year and how those were dealt out across the board. We could NOT have done this without each and everyone of you. My next email that will follow this one has special instructions that is being requested from your player. It will allow us to do something special for the video!
On a side note before closing.....Jay will have the hoods for anyone who bought one at this Sundays home game. Thanks again Jay! (Not to embarrass Jay, but between the sale of shirts and hoods, Jay donated all the funds back to Team 4...which totaled $750!!!!) Please show him the love!! Thanks everyone...have a nice Saturday off!
