Payton @ Alex's Lax games..

Payton supposedly wants to be like his big brother and play Lacrosse but somehow he always manages to get distracted at Alex's games...here he is with his good friend Oliver( Simon's little brother who is also on the team) they managed to find a shed and some woods near the Lacrosse field

Payton brought his IPAD

the rest is history

so much for watching Lacrosse.... at least I didn't have to watch Payton every second

As promised here are a few recent pics of Alex on the Lakota East Jr high Lacrosse team. This particular game was against Summit Country Day..we won 7-0...

The pics here are random and in so certain order....but Alex did play and he played well

Since this game their record is 4 wins and 1 loss

Alex played pretty good had some great passes and hustled quite a bit. He really handles the stick and ball very well.

Payton and Steph were there early..she's really doing great getting Alex back and forth to practices I'm so proud of her.

Payton spent the entire time playing on his IPAD...that kid is spoiled ...rotten plus his hair is "out of control"

Terri and KK arrived fashionably late ...as always I wouldn't expect anything different..at least they showed

next game Summit Country Day...this will be very interesting..Summit is usually pretty good in Lacrosse

Horrible in football and basketball but good in Lacrosse

1st Lax game Lakota vs Lebanon

Unfortunately I was unable to attend the game...I was caught in traffic on I-75. Had to choose between feeding the dogs and driving to Lebanon. The dogs won but Lakota lost 7-3

I did however speak with Alex and his explanation for the defeat was that " we just did not run our plays"

Short conversation but a lot was said,

I heard a grandson that was showing a glimpse of maturity. he fessed up to why they lost. In the past he would've blamed the refs or someone else.It was really nice hearing him say that..it meant a lot.

Next game Monday vs Mason I believe....I wont miss this one and there will be pics.

Oh yea he did say that the entire team got new helmets...

I cant wait to see them!
