Day 2 practice...

Alex got his practice Jersey today #2 same number as his game jersey...He also decided to day that he wanted to try out for running back....This will be an interesting year to say the least.

Tomahawk Football season 2 it starts today

Well

Here we go again...I cant beleive Alex is now a veteran . First practice today beautiful day ..We arrived early and I think Alex may have secured the job as the official field goal kicker holder..

All the players returned except for 2 plus we also added 3 new guys...

As a personal assesment our guys look alot more seasoned and mature...they should..we did go undefeated all of last season....

As last year they ran the entire practice plus did push ups, leg lifts, agility drills, ran some more, up downs, more drills , and ending up with sprints.

After practice I asked Alex "was it harder or easier?'

He replied ..."so so"

He did not look to tired but I suspect he was...he wanted to get home ,shower and eat.

Next practice tomorrow same time same place...same group of loyal parents plus 3 new ones

the saga continues....

Oh yea Terri and KK showed up for moral support...they stayed a whole 20 minutes..KK said "its too hot"

Boonshoft Science Museum Dayton Ohio

Our adventure this weekend was driving 40 miles to Dayton Oh and visiting Boonshoft Museum.

Pics attached...It was a lot of fun...afterwards on the way home we stopped at white castles...Alex ate 3 Payton ate zero....

The day flew by........Monday Football starts Payton stuff will have to take a back seat ...Its BIG BOYS TIME.....again already

Busy Saturday continues..the Reuion

We also had a Family reuion on Saturday before the Football meet the team nite at the pool.

Alex & Payton were able to meet lots of cousins and hang with their dad's brother Uncle Jaman his lady Trish and their viscious dog "BISQUIT" They had fun and all day....it was a long long day.

Its the kick off party Year 2 for Alex and Tomahawk Team 4 All of the players have returned except 1 or 2 Plus we acquired 3 additional kids in the draft...It's a fun time The kids get to reunite with each other and us Adults get to reunite also for another grueling summer conditioning..

We really have to sike ourselves into this ...its not that hard when you see how the kids growing , maturing and bonding...

He doesn't swim yet so I got him floaties that were as big as his whole body.

Alex swims great and even jumps off the high board.
